• Device Identifiers: We collect unique device IDs and FCM tokens to deliver "Nearby Offer" push notifications.
• Account Data: For registered Creators, we collect names, emails, and business registration details.

2. Use of Location Data

Our core service depends on knowing where you are. We use this data to:

• Calculate the distance between you and a Merchant's physical shop.
• Trigger real-time alerts when you enter a specific geofence.
• Note: We do not store your historical movement patterns; only your last known "sync" location is used.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share anonymized, aggregated analytics with our Creators (e.g., "50 people in this radius viewed your offer today"). All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS during transmission to our Laravel-powered backend.

4. Firebase & Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications. While we handle your data securely, these services may process device-level identifiers as part of their standard operation.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

Under global regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to access or delete your data. You may request total data erasure by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the mobile app or by contacting our data protection officer.

6. International Transfers

As a global platform, your data may be processed on servers located outside your home country. By using Offerai Offer, you consent to these secure international transfers.
