1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Offerai Offer mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users (Guests), and business owners (Creators) who access the service worldwide.

2. Description of Service

Offerai Offer provides a hyper-local discovery platform that connects Users with real-time discounts and promotional offers posted by local Merchants. We provide the technology to facilitate this discovery but are not a party to any transaction between you and the Merchant.

3. Location and Notifications

To provide core features, the app requires access to your GPS location data. By using the app, you consent to our use of location services to show nearby deals and to receive push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) based on your proximity to Creators.

4. For Creators (Merchants)

• Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their offers, including pricing, discount percentages, and expiry dates.
• Creators must honor the valid Coupon Codes displayed within the app.
• Prohibited content: Illegal goods, tobacco, adult services, or fraudulent "bait-and-switch" pricing will result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Offerai Offer" name, logo, spatial-search algorithms, and proprietary code are the exclusive property of Nepali Vlog. You may not reproduce or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Offerai Offer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any dispute, injury, or loss resulting from a Merchant's failure to honor a deal or the quality of goods purchased through discovery on our platform.

7. Global Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their respective jurisdictions. While the platform is global, the availability of specific offers is subject to local merchant participation.
